Lauren Teal

Lauren is a lifelong Marylander who has always called this beautiful state home. Born and raised in Ellicott City, she attended Salisbury University, where she earned dual Bachelor's Degrees in Business Management and Marketing. After spending time in Baltimore City and Baltimore County, Lauren found her forever home in Carroll County—a community she loves for its welcoming charm and small-town feel. Her firsthand experience living in different parts of Maryland gives her a well-rounded perspective and a true appreciation for the many unique neighborhoods the state has to offer.

Before stepping into real estate, Lauren spent 15 years as a federal Contracting Officer, writing and negotiating complex contracts while leading teams toward shared goals. That experience gave her a natural talent for negotiation, attention to detail, and a focus on helping people achieve their best outcomes—all skills she now brings to every client interaction. For Lauren, real estate is more than transactions; it's about helping people find a place to build memories, grow, and feel at home. She loves walking alongside clients through the excitement, challenges, and triumphs of buying or selling a home, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

When she's not helping real estate clients, Lauren enjoys sharing her passion for growing beautiful, edible gardens with others as a Master Gardener and owner of a garden design small business. She cherishes spending time with her husband, two children, two golden retrievers and cat.
